How to Setup/Update Your Groups and Establishments

A new users course dealing with groups and establishments setup and updates. This resource covers how to setup and update your groups and establishments within iReportSource.

Index:

Establishment- An establishment is a company location that has a different address from all other locations. OSHA requires each establishment to have separate OSHA forms submitted each year.

Group- When you only have one location, you can create groups within that location to separate information by department or project.

Groups/Establishments Overview

A. Update the Group/Establishment Name

B. Update the Group/Establishment Address

C. Update the Group/Establishment NAICS

D. Update the Group/Establishment SIC

 

Groups/Establishments Setup

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left-side navigation bar, Click Settings
  6. Click Groups/Establishments
  7. Click New Group/Establishment
  8. Enter the Group/Establishment Name
  9. Select whether it’s a separate establishment
    • If no, skip to step 13.
    • If yes, complete steps 11-13
  10. Enter the establishment’s address
  11. Select whether the establishment has been operational for more than one year
  12. Enter the NAICS
  13. Click Create

Groups/Establishments Update

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left-side navigation bar, Click Settings
  6. Click Groups/Establishments
  7. Click Edit
  8. Make your desired changes
  9. Click Update
