How to Perform a Risk Assessment

A new users course dealing with the performing a Risk Assessment.

Procedures:

Create a Job Safety Audit

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the top navigation bar, Click New Incident
  6. Select Job Safety Audit
  7. Complete the Incident Basics
    • Groups/Establishments- Select the Groups/Establishments that the JSA will be performed under.
    • Projects- Select the Projects that the JSA will be performed under.
    • Schedule- Enter the date that the JSA must be completed by.
    • Assignees- Select the user to which you wish to assign the JSA to complete.
    • Job Location- Enter the address of the job site or location where the JSA will be performed.
    • Severity Rating- Select the severity rating of the JSA.
    • Industry- Select the industry.
    • Select one to many audits- Select one or more audits to be completed.
  8. Click Submit
  9. Click Save This Audit if you wish to complete it at a later time

Perform a Job Safety Audi

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left navigation bar, Click Observations
  6. Click Job Safety Audits
  7. Locate the JSA you wish to complete
  8. Click View/Edit
  9. Click Edit
  10. Go down the audit checklist and select whether each line item is either Safe, Unsafe or NA
  11. You can add attachments, task or other actions by clicking the next to each line item
  12. Change the stage of the JSA if applicable
  13. Click Save This Audit
