How to Perform a Risk Assessment
A new users course dealing with the performing a Risk Assessment.
Procedures:
Create a Job Safety Audit
- Go to ireportapp.com
- Enter your Email/Phone Number
- Enter your Password
- Click Log In
- On the top navigation bar, Click New Incident
- Select Job Safety Audit
- Complete the Incident Basics
- Groups/Establishments- Select the Groups/Establishments that the JSA will be performed under.
- Projects- Select the Projects that the JSA will be performed under.
- Schedule- Enter the date that the JSA must be completed by.
- Assignees- Select the user to which you wish to assign the JSA to complete.
- Job Location- Enter the address of the job site or location where the JSA will be performed.
- Severity Rating- Select the severity rating of the JSA.
- Industry- Select the industry.
- Select one to many audits- Select one or more audits to be completed.
- Click Submit
- Click Save This Audit if you wish to complete it at a later time
Perform a Job Safety Audi
- Go to ireportapp.com
- Enter your Email/Phone Number
- Enter your Password
- Click Log In
- On the left navigation bar, Click Observations
- Click Job Safety Audits
- Locate the JSA you wish to complete
- Click View/Edit
- Click Edit
- Go down the audit checklist and select whether each line item is either Safe, Unsafe or NA
- You can add attachments, task or other actions by clicking the … next to each line item
- Change the stage of the JSA if applicable
- Click Save This Audit
