Complete a Root Cause Analysis

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left navigation bar, Click General
  6. Click Incidents
  7. Locate the incident that you wish to complete the root cause analysis for
  8. Click View/Edit
  9. Click Root Cause
  10. Follow the investigation flow
  11. Click Submit
