How to Add, Edit and Import Contractors
A new users course dealing with contractor setup and updates. This resource covers how to add, edit and import contractors within iReportSource.

Import Contractors
- Go to ireportapp.com
- Enter your Email/Phone Number
- Enter your Password
- Click Log In
- On the left-side navigation bar, Click Settings
- Click Contractors
- Click Import Contractors
- Click Download CSV Template
- Completely fill out the Template for each Contractor listed
- First Name- Enter their First Name
- Last Name- Enter their Last Name
- Gender- Enter the Contractor’s sex as Male or Female. (This is an OSHA requirement)
- Date of Birth- Enter their Date of Birth
- Date of Hire- Enter their Date of Hire
- Address- Enter the Contractor’s Home Street Address
- City- Enter the City the Contractor resides in
- State- Enter the State the Contractor resides in
- Status- Enter the number “1” if the Contractor if Full-Time and the number “2” if the Contractor if Part-Time.
- Zip- Enter the Zip Code the Contractor resides in
- Job Title- Enter the Contractor’s Job Title
- Location ID- Enter the ID of the Group/Establishment that the Contractor works at.
Locating the Location ID
- Go to ireportapp.com
- Enter your Email/Phone Number
- Enter your Password
- Click Log In
- On the left-side navigation bar, Click Settings
- Click Groups/Establishments
- Locate the Group/Establishment the Contractor works at.
- Copy the ID
- ID- Enter the Contractor’s ID code/number
- Department- Enter the name of the Department that the Contractor works in.
- Project Name- Enter the name of the Project that the Contractor is assigned to.
- Phone Number- Enter the Contractor’s phone number.
- Email- Enter the Contractor’s email address.
- Click Submit
Add Contractors
- Go to ireportapp.com
- Enter your Email/Phone Number
- Enter your Password
- Click Log In
- On the left-side navigation bar, Click Settings
- Click Contractors
- Click Add Contractor
- Enter the Contractor information
- Group or Establishment- Assign them to a Group/Establishment if applicable
- Project– Assign them to a Project if applicable
- Contractor ID- Enter their Contractor ID
- First Name- Enter their First Name
- Last Name- Enter their Last Name
- Sex- Select their Sex (this is an OSHA requirement)
- Date of Birth- Enter their Date of Birth
- Last four of SSN- Enter the Last Four Digits of their Social Security Number
- Date of Hire- Enter their Date of Hire
- Job Title- Enter their Job Title
- Contractor Status- Enter the Contractor Status
- Training Required- Select whether training is required
- Location- Enter their job location
- Department- Enter the Department they work in
- Supervisor- Enter their Supervisors name
- Work Days- Enter the days they work
- Hours Per Week- Enter the number of hours they work per week
Contact Information
- Home Address- Enter their Home Street Address
- City- Enter the City they live in
- State- Enter the State they live in
- Zip- Enter the Zip Code they live in
- Phone- Enter their Phone Number
- Email- Enter their Email
Emergency Contact Information
- Contact- Enter the name of their Emergency Contact
- Relationship- Enter the relationship they have with their Emergency Contact
- Phone- Enter the phone number for their Emergency Contact
- Email- Enter the email address for their Emergency Contact
- Click Submit
Edit Contractors
- Go to ireportapp.com
- Enter your Email/Phone Number
- Enter your Password
- Click Log In
- On the left-side navigation bar, Click Settings
- Click Contractors
- Locate the Contractor you would like to edit
- Click View/Edit
- Click Edit
- Make desired updates
- Click Submit
