How to Add, Edit and Delete Safety Trainings

A new users course dealing with creating Safety Trainings. This resource covers how to add, edit and delete Safety Trainings within iReportSource.

Add Safety Trainings

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left-side navigation bar, Click Documents
  6. Click Safety Trainings
  7. Click Add Safety Training
  8. Enter the required information
    • Group or Establishment- Enter the Group(s) or Establishment(s) that will have access to view the safety trainings.
    • Project- Enter the Project(s) that will have access to view the safety trainings.
    • Title- Enter the name of the safety training.
    • Description- Describe the purpose of the training course.
    • Completion Date- Enter the date that the training was completed.
    • Expiration Date- Enter the date that the training will expire.
    • Name of Instructor- Enter the name of the instructor who taught the training class.
    • Category- Select the category that the training falls under.
    • Class- Select the class that the training falls under.
    • Frequency- Select the frequency of the training.
    • Method- Select how the training was delivered.
    • Attachments- Attach any documents such as notes, signature sheets, training documents, etc.
    • Employees who completed this training- Select the employees who completed this training.
  9. Click Submit

Edit Safety Trainings

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left-side navigation bar, Click Documents
  6. Click Safety Trainings
  7. Click View/Edit
  8. Click Edit
  9. Make desired updates
  10. Click Update

Delete Safety Trainings

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left-side navigation bar, Click Documents
  6. Click Safety Trainings
  7. Click View/Edit
  8. Click Edit
  9. Click Delete
