How to Add, Edit and Delete Safety Procedures

Add Safety Procedures

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left-side navigation bar, Click Documents
  6. Click Safety Procedures
  7. Click Add Safety Procedure
  8. Enter the required information
    • Group or Establishment- Enter the Group(s) or Establishment(s) that will have access to view the safety procedures.
    • Project- Enter the Project(s) that will have access to view the safety procedures.
    • Title- Enter the name of the Safety Procedure.
    • Description- Describe the purpose of the training course.
    • Priority Level- Select the priority level of this procedure.
    • Expiration Date- Enter the date that the procedure will expire or needs to be reviewed.
    • Next Steps- Enter any next steps to completing this safety procedure.
    • Notes- Enter any notes regarding the safety procedure.
    • Point of Contact- Enter the name of person who wrote the safety procedure.
    • Point of Contact Email- Enter the email address of person who wrote the safety procedure.
    • Comments- Enter any comments regarding the safety procedure.
    • Attachments- Attach any documents such as notes, signature sheets, procedure documents, etc.
  9. Click Submit

Edit Safety Procedures

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left-side navigation bar, Click Documents
  6. Click Safety Procedures
  7. Click View/Edit
  8. Click Edit
  9. Make desired updates
  10. Click Update

Delete Safety Procedures

  1. Go to ireportapp.com
  2. Enter your Email/Phone Number
  3. Enter your Password
  4. Click Log In
  5. On the left-side navigation bar, Click Documents
  6. Click Safety Procedures
  7. Click View/Edit
  8. Click Edit
  9. Click Delete
